A veteran space engineer, Daniel has designed and flown numerous communication satellite missions for Israel Aerospace Industries. He also worked on a moon mission at NASA. Daniel has personally designed five nanosatellites (all launched) . He also acted as deputy project manager of the Venus Satellite for French space agency CNES, on behalf of Israel Aerospace Industries and was an Astronaut candidate for the European Space Agency in 2008.

25+ years in the space industry. SVP of Engineering and Operations, AMOS Spacecom, Head of Comms & IT at Israel MoD. Moshe successfully led the operations of the advanced AMOS satellite fleet, providing broadcast and broadband services with Pan-European, Pan-African, Middle Eastern, Russian and Asian coverage, and cross-region connectivity.

A seasoned satellite network and operations specialist with a 20+ year career in the satellite communication industry, Ksantini joined BeetleSat in 2018. Working with the company in the earliest stages of its business, Ksantini has played a crucial role in laying the foundation for BeetleSat’s success, including the successful launch and operation of the company’s first satellites. As VP Business Development, Efi leads the company’s business and commercial growth. Ksantini previously worked for Gilat Satellite Networks where he managed the company’s global multimillion dollar commercial and defense satcom programs.

Ben Lev Ari
VP R&D
Ben has vast experience in system engineering integrating RF and communication systems with a multidisciplinary payload. He was involved in the development of the deployable antennas, actuators, cameras, and multiple sensors for space use. In addition, Ben has expertise in composite materials, final elements analysis, and control algorithm. He is managing the R&D team, including RF, HW, SW, physics, communication, and mechanical engineering teams.

Tehila Aminov
VP Finance (Acting)
Tehila is an experienced finance and accounting executive with specialized expertise related to start-ups in the technology sector. Her responsibilities include oversight of accounting operations, preparing, analyzing and auditing financial statements and tax reporting. Tehila previously worked for BDO Israel where she was head of the accounting and outsourcing department for real estate, high-tech and start-up companies. She earned her M.B.A. in business administration specializing in financial management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Diego has a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering and Robotics. He founded ARQUIMEA in 2005, transforming the company 15 years later into a global tech Group with over 500 employees, operating in demanding markets and sectors such as aerospace and defense, industrial, healthcare, agrotech, and fintech. Diego authored several patents and has received multiple awards both as an engineer and entrepreneur, including recognition from NASA for his contribution to the MSL-Curiosity mission.

Motti is the Founding Member of Liberty Technology Venture Capital. Motti has two decades of corporate experience ranging from controller to C-Level positions. Prior to Liberty Technology Venture Capital, Motti was CEO of IDT Telecom. Additional executive roles at IDT, included serving as COO, Treasurer, EVP of Business Development, and Controller, as well as CEO OF IDT media.

Past exits include CyActive, acquired by PayPal in March 2015.

Dawn Harms is an accomplished aerospace executive with extensive leadership experience, industry knowledge and trusted relationships throughout the space, telecommunications and high technology industries. Dawn brings more than 30 years of experience leading space technology companies, including Chief Revenue Officer of Momentus Inc, VP of Global Sales and Marketing for Boeing Satellites Systems Intl, VP of Business Development at Space System Loral – now Maxar. Dawn currently sits on the Boards of ManSat, Kleos, and Transastra.
